This 10th and final Grasslands Sheep Exhibition & Sale to be held in Drake was a great success! There were 15 exhibitors and 93 lots (152 sheep) entered from Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The sale, conducted by Johnstone Auction Mart of Moose Jaw, was good, reflecting the current strong lamb prices. Many thanks to Colleen Sawyer for judging the show - this was her last show to cap off her career of judging! Also, thanks to everyone who had a part in helping make this event happen! This was our last year in Drake, SK.
